Hi guys its yun!
I have decided to post up a popular korean dish, Bulgogi. Basically it is marinated barbeque beef. The word actually means fired meat because the unique taste actually comes fromt the way its cooked. It is cooked with a mix of vegetables sliced onions and capsicum on an open flame. The flavour is rather sweet and most people enjoy the taste.
